EasyWineShopper has a fee structure
based on an annual subscription fee and a shared revenue fee.
First of all, a new customer pays a setup fee when starting with the
EasyWineShopper Platform. This setup fee is charged once.
Setup fee:
100 euro
Annual
subscription fee: 100
euro per product per year
Example:
A wine producer makes 6 different wines. In the first year
EasyWineShopper.com will charge 100 euro (setup fee) + 6 x 100 euro =
700 euro. The following years we charge 600 euro per year.
For this annual subscription fee you will get:
- Your own dedicated webshop
especially equiped selling wines online. This webshop will be connected
to your website free of charge. A complete design integration with your
current website is possible to additional charges and depends on the
coomplexity of your current webdesign.
- Installation and setup of products
and content within your webshop
- Total order fulfillment
- Collection on orders and invoicing
- Warehousing in climate controlled
warehouses
- Transport from winery to
EasyWineShopper.com warehouses
- European VAT and Excise Compliance
management
- Extensive sales reporting, monthly.
Next to the annual subscritpion fee, we charge 30% commision on
all online sales based on set consumerprices excluding VAT. When
there is no online sales, there will be no additional commision fee. No cure, no pay!
This indicates that the wine producer will receive a 70% share on the
online sales. Please read the calculations below prooving that direct
to consumer trade is more beneficial for wine producers.
Invoicing
Monthly every wine producer will receive detailed reports on all online
sales aggregated per country of delivery. Attached you will find a
request for invoicing based on the sales statistics and commission fee.
